Create particles flow that contain Gaussian Splat Attribute

Use Pyro Simulation for velocity

Apply the velocity from Pyro on particles with additional procedural Curl Noise

Copy necessary attributes from Gaussian Splat to the particles

Use Cross Product to create a spining direction on Normal attribute (@N)

Add noise and push-in force to the spining

Final Velocity

Create a fade-in effect by setting the Alpha and Scale attributes (@Alpha and v@scale) to 0, then increase them to their original value
